When calling in for a prescription refill I explained to the girl that I would not be picking it up for four days, but was ordering a bit early knowing that my NP was available today for contacting her. The response I got was was a very authoritative voice telling me Well you need to tell me that . I just had! Getting a lecture from this staff member in that condescending tone of voice was insulting and she clearly has a problem with how she speaks to clients.

I like that the prices are very very special they are very low in price I bought too early ons h 899 and I love the Icy Hot Roll On it is the best thing that's ever came into my life thank you motherhill for having it in the in the in your store thank you for thank you very much.

I have been a customer of this drugstore for over thirty years and today I am totally disgusted with this drugstores service. This morning Dr sent in prescription for an abscessed tooth. I had been in pain since the morning before and had little sleep. Tylenol did not work on the pain. So early this afternoon I called the drugstore to see if it was ready. I wanted to give them enough time to fill the prescription. Pharmacist looked it up and said yes its ready. My husband went to pick it up only to be told they only had two of the tablets and needed to call one of their other stores for the pills. He comes home and tells me this. I phone the pharmacist again. She looks up to see what happened. Whoever went to fill the prescription entered into the computer that it was done only to realize they only had two pills. So instead of entering on the computer it was on hold to get more pills it was left as filled. Pharmacist apologized and said instead of us coming to pick it up again they would deliver it. Six oclock still no prescription so I phone again as they close at 7pm only to be told it would be delivered and I should have it in 20 min. At 640pm I phone them as if it cant be delivered I would pick it up as its approaching closing. Im told its out on delivery. Will I get it today? I dont count on it as it is 7:10 and still no prescription.
