July 5,2022 1st time ordering supplies from this company and although they charged me for delivery to my house I had to drive 1/2 hr each way to pick up at Canada post so I requested a refund! reply "There is a signature that they obviously got from Canada Post. My shipper said they were dealing with it and seems they abandoned it because when I contacted them, they told me to contact their accounting department directly. They replied and said they are looking into it. Ill continue to work on this and Ill contact my area representative for more help" So instead of offering my refund he kept passing the buck back to shipper When I asked for a refund for delivery I was replied with we are looking into it then Aug 23 I again requested refund and again received email from them indicating they are still working on it. It was clear to them that I had to sign for it and should have refunded long before but instead on August 23 this is the reply I received when I threated an un favorable review only then did I get a refund his comment very professional...NOT ""Ive sent you money and Id prefer not to do business with you anymore. As an apparent business owner, you have a terrible attitude." Ive been working on trying to get this resolved. So enjoy your day. Be aware not a company you want to deal with!!! Wow 1 1/2 month is impatient .nice try to recover
