        What kind of Government Office doesn't have a phone number to call them. Wallet was left behind , and I'm in Ottawa. So I have to drive 2 hours to find out if it was turned in.

        I went there today to get our passports renewed & the staff was amazing & very friendly. Honestly I was a little worried going there since there are bad reviews written about this location, but they were nothing like that at all! Would go to this location again in a heart beat!

        Plastered all over the building is signs that request being polite to staff but as customers we are treated very rudely by staff. Was extremely nice to staff and was greeted with sheer ignorance by them. Kindness goes both ways.
