        Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Their rates are competitive but that's where the positives end. I was with them for over 5 years and truly should have changed brokers sooner. It's like pulling teeth to get any information from them and they always made me feel like an inconvenience. Most years I had to hound them just to get my proof of insurance slip which still baffles me to this day. Once they have your account they no longer care about you. I prefer not to leave negative reviews but good riddance.
