I called on a Saturday and someone answered. Who does that? I asked about servicing an electric furnace and I was given the cost of emergency service at $210 per hour. I take the offer. An hour later I get a call and Im walked thru rudimentary checks on the furnace. Looks like a relay issue and theres no point in having emergency service. Someone will be at my cottage Tuesday to diagnose the issue. Couldve charged me but didnt. My HVAC service provider in the valley is Bergeron. Service: Repair HVAC

I emailed for an estimate and Gerry was the one who came over within a few days to give me the quote and the time frame for the installation. The whole process was very professional and quick. Purchased my new AC and got it relocated from my backyard to the front of the house. The crew did an amazing job, had a little snag but corrected the problem fast and to my liking. They sold me a Keepright unit that has 10 years warranty on all the parts. The ducts cleaning was really affordable. They took pictures of the before and after on every vent and showed me the progress as they moved along. I did recommend them to our friends who needed HVAC work on their home.
