The line is always busy. They sent my ring in mid September to get a quote on a missing diamond. They called weeks later said that the head office sent it back because i never answered their call. But I never had a missed call from them or a voicemail. It's now late october and ever time I call to get an update, the line is busy. I just want my ring fixed. Very unimpressed with the service.

I bought a small diamond ring online to match my other big one, but it doesnt match. so I read the return policy before I go to the store. the tall woman has smile until she heard I was returning, she told me if purchese online, should mail it back, I pointed the policy on the invoice it said easy return to the local store or mail it in, then she said she will do it today. sounds like she was doing my favour. and then she told me the whole process will take little while, I confused , I asked how long? she said you can wait in the store. I said ok, go ahead. I was watching what she was doing, entered info on her computer, printed out the paper that shows they recieved my ring, looking for ups package, print out her shipping lable, tape her box, she did as slow as she could, can she just give me the paper first then do the whole shipping packing ? wow. I bought lot of jewelry from peoples, treat me like this ?wonderful. there is another store . anyways, service was not great at all. but there was a short young girl ,she was nice. the tall one who served me, really should not work at customer service, if the attitude like that, you can stay home answer phone call or something so people will not have to see your rude face.
