        From the moment I walked into HELA, it has been an amazing experience! They have really done their best to make you feel comfortable no matter what service you're getting. From the cleanliness, layout, decor and friendly staff, it really is a gem in the heart of the Ottawa Valley. I was hesitant at getting laser hair removal at first, but special shoutout to JESS Lavallee for making me feel comfortable from my very first session. I'm now on one of my final sessions for underarm and brazilian, and I'm so happy with the results :) No matter what service you're thinking about getting at HELA...they won't disappoint with their professional and friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions!
