Ordered a plate carrier from them, it said 6 week lead time however it arrived in 3 weeks. I'm happy to keep my money within canada too

Warrior Gear has gone under new management and it shows. Although the business is very busy they still come out professional and in a timely manner. Was able to purchase $900.00 dollars worth of bags and be getting them within a month and a bit even with a packed schedule. Organized and still growing is some of the hardest things to do but Warrior Gesr seams to have the balancing act down to a science. Would recommend even I you have to wait for product, it will be top line and military grade for all your needs.

I have had a couple experiences with Warrior Gear and they have both been excellent! As a small Canadian company, their products are high quality. Their customer service is also good as I have had several phone calls with them and they are able to answer all my questions! Will be back again!

1) Belt is not very stiff/rigid. Not even close to a standard duty belt. Maybe fine if thats what you like and depending on what youre carrying. For professional use with all the necessary kit, its doesnt support the weight well. The velcro is not cleanly fixed to to the inner belt, so theres a lip on the belt tail that gets stuck when putting the belt on, Im sure the velcro will separate from the belt with continued use. Stitching does not look clean. 2)Sizing: I ordered my pants size. When I got the belt and adjusted it to my size, a significant section of the front of the belt is a single strip of un-reinforced webbing, not very useful for load bearing of items often placed in front such as cuffs and mags. 3) I received the belt with a silver D ring I had not asked for. Adds weight and took up valuable real estate. I thought, oh well, Ill give it a try. 4) When I contacted warrior gear for an exchange/return/constructive advice, they did not get back to me. Maybe my email ended up in the junk. I emailed from another account. And Warrior gear replied, telling me that: I had waited to long to contact (maybe fair, I purchased the belt in mid December and contacted them in August, but the belt is brand new), and that they couldnt exchange the belt because it had a silver D ring (the one I had not ordered) and they now use black D rings. I was then told that I should have ordered a larger size (I double checked and there is no sizing direction on their site saying to base your sizing on anything other than your regular pants size). No acknowledgement of this oversight, even when I pointed it out. 5) Despite this, I was assured that they would try to come up with a solution to stiffen the floppy unusable section of the belt. Its been 4 months. No reply despite me emailing them for follow up 2 more times. Your mileage may vary but at this point I feel like the product was mediocre at best, not for professional use and the customer service was pretty absent.
