Took my cell in for repair. Had the BSOD (Black Screen of Death). I tried everything google gave to fix it, over 8 hrs. Thought it was my new paper weight. Handed it to Keetan, my saviour, and he fixed it within 5 min. He was so great. Wouldn't charge me for the fix either. Awesome shop.

I had two instances with this place with phone repair, one time I went for a screen repair and the screen fell out. The next, the phone I bought from them wasnt working in one corner. But I gave the benefit of the doubt as I never went back to get them looked at. The next time I went in to get my iPad appraised. I didnt realize it was dead when I arrived and the employee told me it was no problem and he would charge it up and I could go do some shopping. When I came back the iPad was gone and somebody else was working and told me he must have sold it by accident. I was very upset. I was 16 and the only photos of my deceased grandfather were on it. Whoever dealt with me afterwards was for sure frustrated with the employee but ended up also being rude towards me and gave me 50$. This brings me to why I stated I was 16 i was nave and yes I was upset but did not fully understand what had just happened. All of my information was on the iPad, Im sure they must wipe it but I would for sure rather been the one to do that and from what I understand its illegal to sell something with someone elses information on it. Its been 3- almost 4 years since that happened and I tried to give it another shot in December. I went in with my boyfriend to get his phone repaired and they said they ordered the screen and he would get a phone call to come in. No phone call. I would review as 0 stars if I could.
