I highly recommend Cassidys for moving. Ive used them for a personal move and a commercial move in the past year and a half. They are professional, organized, competent and hardworking. They work well as a team, and the price is very fair.

This was our first time with Cassidys Moving & Storage. On January 11, 2023 we relocated from Pembroke to Arnprior. We were really impressed with every aspect of this company from the first phone call with Jody for booking and all correspondence with Jody and Gord right through until saying goodbye to our moving team. It was clear that we were talking to people who knew their business. They wanted to deliver an excellent service with no surprises. They were honest and transparent and gave us a reasonable price. The movers Steve and Joel were phenomenal. Our team arrived on time and did a walkthrough before loading our belongings. Steve and Joel were extremely rapid and efficient, and well organized in the way they loaded the truck. They are hard working, swift and just ploughed through the work. These movers have years of experience. They were extremely careful in handling our belongings. The movers were friendly, calm, polite, helpful and personable throughout the move. We were unable to disassemble a queen size bed frame. The guys amazed us by moving it totally assembled. A dining room tabletop that we valued was carefully wrapped in a blanket by one of the movers. revised: The sea can has worked out well, but the reason for the one star was poor customer support. There was excessive humidity inside the container and I was told by Cassidy's that this was because of the dehumidifier I was using inside the sea can. I am not sure if he was just playing dumb so I would go away, or he really did not know what a dehumidifier is. I asked what other causes there might be. He repeated it several times that dehumidifiers can cause excessive humidity. I asked if he could send someone out to investigate but he refused. It turns out the humidity was from lumber I had used to build shelves for the sea can. I still stand by poor customer service, but I was too harsh on the rating, it is after all a good sea can at a reasonable price.
