Trending Nails Pembroke

I originally deleted the explanation of my review. However, i was not 25 min late. I was 12 min late and i called. Having more than 45 min left of my appt, the nail tech could have filed my nails or trimmed them instead of a fill and I would have happily accepted there was not enough time. I was NOT a no show I also called the first time over an hour before my appt to advise I would unfortunately be late and asked if it was ok that I still come in for my appt, giving the option to you guys to tell me on the phone of what your intentions were with my appt. Instead of working with your repeat customer who has been late 1 time and was courteous enough to call twice, you had the nerve to tell me Im a no show after driving more than a half an hour to your business and declining to do the other services i had booked. I understand your policy, but I think your business over reacted and took out frustrations of other experiences out on me. I was a kind customer, i tipped well and referred business to trending nails.

My 9 year old daughter and I went last night to get our nails done and we had the BEST time. Not only did we leave with beautiful nails, but the service was excellent. Emily C and Grace were personable, professional and made my girl and I feel special. It was our first time there and we will absolutely be repeat customers! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
