        This company has AWFUL customer service!!! It is absolutely non existant. You will be on the phone for at least over an hour if not more...it is ridiculous trying to get to speak to someone. We've tried emails, phone, etc...to not be returned any messages at all over several weeks. All we are trying to do is make an appointment to get a tech to come sign off on the last inspection so that we can use our stand by generator. Be advised everyone, if you choose to do business with this company, you WILL most likely REGRET IT!!!!!

        This company is only good of you're an existing customer but if you move to a different company they won't give a s%@$!! I've been calling them forever to pick-up their tank and it's been like forever, they can't get anyone to pick it up! It doesn't need a technician to pick it up because it's already been disconnected. Ready to PICK-UP!!! Unbelievable!
