        Our real estate agent left EXIT realty. We have requested that EXIT Realty release us from our Buyer Representation Agreement to find a new real estate agent. Natalie Frodsham (owner of this EXIT Realty franchise) has refused to release us from the contract and is requiring us to wait out the full term. While waiting several weeks for this release (or any movement) from the brokerage after our real estate agent left, until I personally called the brokerage requesting to speak with the owner, they have made no contact with us or any attempt to move forward with our house search. They have chosen to act in bad faith and hold us hostage in this contract out of spite while offering us 0 options to move forward, whether with them or another brokerage.
