I was the other party to a sale with this individual. Very unprofessional, did his client a disservice. Demanded things after contracts were signed that were not even included. His client is lucky I did not hold his realtors actions against him and went above and beyond to give his client a good home and threw in extra. I caution anyone in the area to avoid this man as a realtor. Not good for business

Absolutely awful service. I had an appraisal done a few weeks ago but I have called over 25 times trying to reach Dale Donnelly and I have yet to have a call back from him. AWFUL service and I will tell everyone that I know how terrible he is and that he does not even have the decency to call back clients after a week and a half of calling.

Dale is a very well respected local businessman. I have not personally purchased a house or property through him, however his reputation precedes him. I have seen him around his horses and a horse reflects it's owners character. As a horseman he is kind, thorough and consistent. These are qualities not al that common in Pembroke Real-Estate agents.
