        Kathleen and her team (Paula and others) are absolutely incredible to work with. Throughout the sale of our residential home, Kathleen was prompt, courteous and responsive to an ever changing transaction where issues presented at the time of closing. Kathleen worked professionally and seamlessly with the buyers lawyer to address these issues and kept us informed on developments as the situation unfolded. This was by far the most complicated transaction we have been involved with, yet Kathleen made the situation incredibly stress-free for us. We understood our rights, our options and she followed up quickly and professionally in every aspect of our file; Kathleen truly had our INTERESTS at heart, we were not "just a file". I have recommended Kathleen and her team to family, friends and acquaintances and we will continue to work with her in the future.
