We recently (July2024) had the good fortune to contract Dustin and his crew from Redd Top Roofing to repair and reshingle our cottage roof and we couldn’t be happier. The work done to re-shingle my roof was prompt and appears to have been well done. However, they promised to bring by warranty papers for the shingles and vents, and they have not come by even though they promised at least twice to do so. It has been two weeks of frustration trying to get this paperwork so I can send in the warranty card, and finalize this transaction. I called again today and they would not answer my call.

Dustin and his crew inspected our leaky roof on the same day that I called. They quickly noted that our 30+ year old shingles needed to be replaced, we were missing an attic vent, and they later discovered that a portion of the roof had rotted away. They had my roof fixed and reshingled at a very fair price in a matter of days, and even worked through the weekend to get it done. When I noticed water coming into my home during the thaw, they came within 3 hours of calling them. Very professional diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Ended up getting a full roof replacement. Price was fair. Quality of work was unparalleled. They arrived on time every day and worked a full day. They were polite and respectful.
