Difficult to beat the location to Algonquin college. Secure building with nicely arranged rooms. Worth checking out when real classes are offered.

Dont live here. A few other student housing options close to algonquin college are much better. Management was extremely frustrating and made the living situation unenjoyable. Access to the common area and kitchen was frequently and randomly revoked for no reason. My room was freezing cold for months in the winter. Small depressing rooms with brutal industrial lighting, fridge humming loudly, and windows that dont open. It was always clean, cleaning lady was great.

This is such a terrible place to live. From someone who lived here a whole year. It felt like we had problem after problem. The tenants never get a voice and are treated as children. The rooms are micro appartments and we were banned from acessing our own common room most of the time due to an unruly minority. The toilets are shared and always have urine on them. Please take the time to visit before locking yourself into an overpriced 12 month lease.
