Absolutely amazing to deal with. While going through the training, the trainer made sure to identify niceties that you can use but not necessary to keep the water pristine. Its great to see honesty instead of attempting to up sell for items that arent needed. Overall I can say that I would 100% recommended to deal with them again. Thank you so much!!

Installed an 18ft above ground saltwater unit. Contracting crew for ground prep was articulate and respectful of property, and generous with fine gravel layer (1 foot) to make the pad surface. Pool was installed 2 days later. Again, installation crew was respectful, and articulate of project - not a rushed install. McKie arranged for water truck to fill pool . Installation crew provided initial start up and care instructions, owner has since been to our site to see installaton and provide a 1.5.hour in-service for maintenance and pH balance. A-frame ladder was supplied free until our deck construction was completed to the pool's edge, then our supplied ladder was installed. It initially broke with our weight, but has been replaced and intalled with a heavier unit under warranty without hassle. Very very happy with the entire experience. Fabulous customer care.
