        I have entrusted this location for numerous years to file my tax returns. After now having to fight for my return for several weeks, I was able to pick up my documents and go to another local tax office who was able to help me immediately and provide me with cash back option! This local office was also able to find the errors that H and R block has made for the past 6 years! Be careful who you trust with your hard earned money!

        Will be going elsewhere this year. Last year when they did our combined household taxes, they somehow messed up on the address for my wife. The person working on her account said she had given it wrong, which we hadn't, but they took our paperwork with the proper address regardless. Anyways, she had her tax return sent to the wrong address, then CRA wouldn't correct the address with her calling and dealing with H&R they claimed no responsibility and took their time to correct the issue. She didn't end up receiving her tax return for several months. Will never recommend H&R Block ever again after last year.
