        Haven't had a bad experience ao far. Called before band and set a pick-up time, and they are there at that time. They've been honest, etc. Very happy with their services so far

        Everything was good except the inside of the taxi. It looked like it had been covered in mud (seats and floor). The floor was still filled with dirt. I think the seats may have been cleaned but stained .... not sure.

        Very disappointed with the service. Booked a taxi 2 days ago and was waiting. No show and answer was I am not gonna make it. Totally ridiculous.

        Multiple times now I have called and after being told 10-15 no one shows up. Totally unreliable company.

        My 84 year old mother booked her taxi in the morning for an appointment at noon. They never showed up, didnt call and when she called all she got was an answering machine. She got herself all worked up and ended up late for her appointment all stressed out!
