        They've been super helpful in the last week while they're probably understaffed and trying to get everything set up for school. Kim is absolutely fantastic.

        It is a nightmare dealing with Lino Degasperis it's like talking to a wall. She clearly needs to be trained on how to do her job effectively. When you call the Pembroke number and get a third party call centre that has no way of directly helping you it is more than frustrating. Best advice is to call the bus company or driver to talk to someone with common sense.
