        Very helpful people at the dock, but their head office (billing) is terrible. They always charge more than they quote you. It is almost always either heavier or bigger and then the rate almost doubles. Even if you have a safe margin built in, it will go over that. If there is a house with the business then they will charge a residential fee $50. And if they have to call before delivery it will cost you around $35. Almost every shipment is a battle to get (prove) your right. Never ship without quoting it first, because then you're really in for a ride.
