Andrew James has been a pleasure to work with and is in touch with us on all aspects of the build. With this being our first build we didn't know what to expect , but Andrew has guided us very well through everything and is on top of any material shortages along with alternate products. We engaged with K. James Construction in 2015 for our custom home build. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process from initial consultation to landscaping. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and helped us with every element of interior layout, exterior finishes, fixtures, site planning and the overall construction project. Andrew has a very skilled team of tradesman that are polite and always willing to keep us engaged in their work and the building process. The subcontractors used were proficient and reliable. Andrew was onsite regularly to ensure that everything went smoothly. As construction progressed we were kept up to date on project scheduling, milestones and completion timeframe. It's clear that K. James Construction has a culture of unsurpassed quality, attention to detail, safety and customer satisfaction. My home was completed on time and on budget with no surprises along the way. After five years we are still pleased with the craftsmanship, material and finishes. I would definitely recommend K. James Construction for anyone considering a new home build.
