Hydro One

Called Hydro One to report a tree on my property that hasnt fallen yet but will fall on power lines an was told to call back once it falls and told that unfortunately it will cost you more to take care of the problem. No preventative action whatsoever, cant wait to move to an area not serviced by Hydro One!

The staff at their call center is friendly and knowledgeable. They are backlogged like every other service company due to covid.

Broke their own policies, a supervisor determined he was above the law, my family was made to suffer including my 3 children and they thought they could run me out of time with joke delay tactics. Now they will be in court answering to a massive law suit. Have fun. This won't end well for Hydro One, and it all could have been prevented if the local supervision was competent. UPDATE. Mr Monroe will not return a call forcing a subpoena to be issued in the now started court case. All to protect a friend he is willing to lose his job, his resignation will be part of the suit.
