Needed my doors serviced and a new opener installed. Being rural and not knowing who to call I contacted 4 companies by email to ask for a quote and whether they serviced my area. Two companies never replied and one quoted an install price of $375 plus the service call. They also said theyd only come when they had other work in my area. A very nice lady from Garage Door Company named Jennifer also replied same day, provided a quote and set up an no appointment to do the work. The price quoted was the price we were invoiced which included the new opener install, the service on the 3 doors which were inspected and lubed. The total bill was less the install only price from the other company. Jason came out to service the doors. He was friendly, efficient, quick and did a professional job. Very pleased I found this company. They will be my go to for all my garage door needs.

Had a garage door opener installed in the Carleton Place area. Excellent customer service from Jennifer (booking department) with a quick booking. The installation by Jason was very timely and he did an excellent job. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Professional, polite, fantastic communication and installation - I highly recommend this company to anyone- it is such a rarity to find such excellent customer service - both in the office and on the install. We are extremely pleased with the installer work.
