Our family experienced a septic emergency today (Saturday morning). We have 4 children and I was stressed. I called Perth & District Septic Services. Damien and his wife came out to help almost immediately. He checked, cleaned our filter, was professional, gave us advice and we will definitely be lifetime customers now. We cant thank them enough for their quick, professional response and kindness. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

From the moment I reached out to Perth and District Septic there was just such a high level of professionalism. We had recently moved to a new home and decided to have our septic flushed and inspected. The technician that was sent was knowledgeable and ensured that he shared every detail of his findings. Called for pump out at our seasonal cottage, to be coordinated with an inspection by the Conservation Authority. They were able to schedule the pump out for the following day. And they called 2 times on the day of the pump out to let me know the ETA. The service, complicated by a failed septic tank pump on my system, was professional and thorough. I understand that the company, which has a long history of servicing our property is under new ownership. They are doing a great job. Recommended. Service: Drain cleaning
