They are scammers, they give high estimate for insurance company and do poor quality work and do half the work on the estimate and then you have to fight to have the work done right and complete do not use this company, they will take advantage of you. We had a terrible flood from the kitchen that extended to the level below. Extensive water damage. Tammy from Belfor was at my doorstep within the half hour of our initial phone conversation. While she assessed the damage, she dispatched a work crew to head towards our home. Tammy was professional and kind but not at all judgmental. The crew that arrived shortly thereafter, introduced themselves at the door. Josh & Gage worked swiftly to mitigate any further damage. They also took into consideration the safety of my husband, who has mobility issues, when placing machines and running cords. During subsequent visits, the Belfor team showed professionalism and courtesy while working in the home, as there were also healthcare providers present to care for my husband. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I look forward to continue to work with them throughout this restoration. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
