City Hearing

These guys are great if you're trying to get your hearing aids quickly, and they're excellent at getting warranty claims done... but their service and hearing instrument specialist is very pushy and wont work with you. If you just need hearing aids and need them quick, this is a great place to go. If you're on ODSP and want to find *good hearing aids* at a good rate, this is the place to go. But if you want a place that will take care of you, steer clear. I've been wearing hearings aids for 24 years; throughout the years, I've dealt with many agencies. I'm also a professional audio engineer, so I require a bit more from these agencies than simple service. These guys, as far as working with you to rectify certain issues with your hearing aids are NOT helpful. I had my hearing aids go missing on me, and they pursued a warranty claim for me, so I don't wish to give them zero stars, but this is truly the bare minimum when it comes to service. If you got hearing aids from this place, I hope you don't feel that this is how your service should be. There *are* better agencies out there.
