Working with Matt and Linda has always been a great experience for our family. We have used them for both buying and selling and they always get us exactly what we are looking for and then some! They are always honest and realistic in what to expect from the current market. Their no pressure approach makes the process easy and stress free. All the money we saved on commission helped us build our new home faster! Hopefully we are in our final home, but if not, we wouldnt hesitate to use Matt and Linda at 3% Realty again!
