        Dr. Mersserveys is an after hour clinic that is offered through my actual GP. I called regarding an urgent matter (prolonged wheezing after cold, no Covid) that did not need emergent care. The secretary told me to go to ER because thats what Dr. Mersservey would tell me to do and all other patients with coughs. At this time sending people with non-emergency symptoms to an overrun ER (12 hour wait for people who are in need) is absurd. We are not helping any problems by doing this, we are adding to the problem. I am thoroughly embarrassed on behalf of this office. They simply did not try to do their job and instead pushed it onto an overloaded system.
