Good luck even getting through to someone to actually talk to, a typical bout of ringing and busy signals in calling here (I swear this place can only put 1 other line on hold then everyone else is fed a busy signal). My usual wait time when calling for an appointment is anywhere from three weeks to 3 and a half months. This new cool thing they love to do is don't actually turn on the phones anywhere near 9AM, straight to pre-recorded message, better to try around 9:30, 10:00; seems everyone here is hopping on the doctor's already stellar work ethic. It'd be nice if any of the receptionists had even a remote tone of happiness or anything when you call. xD

I saw this doctor as part of the extended hours clinic my Community Family Health Team offers. A great experience. Although I had to call at a certain time to make my appointment (really, not inconvenient) when I arrived there was no one else there (6pm on a Thursday). The nurse was very friendly, took me in immediately. Saw the doctor and was out with the prescription I needed in 10 minutes. Found him to be very personable.
