Dr. Vanita Lokanathan

Dr. Lokanathan is a lovely woman and she cares about her patients. The cow that answers the phone is a horrible human. She is highly inappropriate and rude with how she deals with patients or their care givers. The problem is that no one can get through to Dr. Lokanathan to let her know how rude and out of control her receptionist is. I guess good help is hard to find these days.

She was my doctor for a long time. In the beginning was amazing. I dont know what happen to cause such a change. It felt like she stopped caring. I have a complicated health problems that just leave us with a mystery. My concerns stopped being heard, she stopped seeing me as a patient. I was just a voice on the the phone. Thankfully I have a new doctor who cares and is listening. Also is proactive to helping me. I blame her for how sick I am today. Dr Lokanathan I hope you read this, I doubt it will make a difference but hopefully it will for someone else. **Warning for patients she will drop you as a patient if you create any push back or complain** this includes prescription refill issue or referral problems.

Dr Lokanathan and Staff have been a life saver for me. She has never judged me. I have had Dr's in the past that chalked everything up to my anxiety. Not Dr Lokanathan. She listens with empathy. Then she thoroughly rules out anything else as a cause. Liz is a God send. She has always been there, ready to listen also during some of my roughest days. This Dr and Office has always made me smile and come away feeling lighter and brighter. I can not praise them enough. Thank you sooooo much for all you do!!

I would give zero stars if I was able to. This doctor is the worst doctor ever her malpractice is unreal she definitely needs to lose her practice Noone should ever have to go through what my family has due to her incompetence. Oh and her secretary she is just as bad no communication skills down right rude to the patience
