Not a nice man. Told me he didn't know anything about my (not that rare!) genetic disorder and another medical condition I have which was part of the reason I was in. My file also requests that a certain sedative not be used, I watched him draw the dose out of the bottle and when I reminded him what it said in my file, he pulled it up, read it for seemingly the first time, and then seemed quite grumpy to find the alternative. Plus, my discharge, written by him, had my name completely misspelled, which just shows a general lack of care.

Do not ask questions about your health, you'll be shut down instantly. Don't ask his secretary anything either, she will get annoyed with you. Also, don't ever agree to a phone appointment. He will not call and then blame you and say you didnt answer and drop you as a patient. Don't even bother offering a copy of your phone records directly from your phone provider so they can compare it to theirs to prove that they didn't call. Whatever you do, do NOT ask them of they feel it's safe for you to get a COVID Vax considering your history with anaphylactic reactions to injections (GI rated), he will drop you as a patient without even going over the risks/benefits of the COVID Vax and your autoimmune disease. Bottom line, don't ask questions and decline phone appointments, only accept in person appointments because he won't call then will say you missed it.

Dr Pandya, is top of his field, kind, thorough and doesnt push drugs on you unless it's necessary. Talks through other options to try, a rarity for Drs. nowadays. His assistant Holly is wonderful.

I just saw this doc today for the first time and hes just wonderful. Helped me today more than anyone has been able to in years. I honestly didn't expect much help today as its been years with no good help ,but this doctor seems to really care about helping people and helped me with my hernia . I'm very interested in his suggestions and just am really thankful. Thank you Dr Pandya.

Couldnt stomach meeting with this dr after having to deal with his receptionist. I called and left a message about confirming they have recieved my referral ( my dr office is slow sometimes, but said they sent it late last week.) So this lady calls me back at 5 minutes to 4 and the first thing out of her mouth is "dont leave messages for booking appointments. I'm supposed to get off at 1 and I'm stuck here everyday until 4 returning phone calls " (all with a very irritated voice) so apparently this is my fault? Who knew!? Then continued to speak with such frustration and disrespect that I told her to forget it! I will not put money into her pocket! I think the best thing for her to do would be to take some self care time and take her problems up with her boss and not clients!- Amanda Wright!
