Jeremy is the most professional and helpful person I've talked to in the HVAC business. It was a hot summer weekend and we had no A/C. He could have charged me premium for emergency, but guess what ??? while laying on the beach having a beer, over the phone he walked me through a self help checklist and amazingly, the problem got resolved, without me spending a dime. I called GasCo late on a Tuesday night and they said they would come the very next day, and after hours, too! Not only were they great to deal with, but they showed up 2 hours earlier than promised, which was perfect for me. Nice guys, great service, great customer service on the phone and great price. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks, GasCo!
