        Matt and Josh were punctual and polite . As soon as they walked into my house they introduced themselves and promptly laid down the floor cover to protect my stairs and floor area . They installed a new carrier furnace . I was given an inservice on the operation of the new thermostat. They left the work area clean and answered all of my questions in regards to the new furnace . Excellent job from start to finish . Service: Heating system installation

        They came out for a quote and part, even adjusted the heater units flow rate. Nice service from the tech. Two days later in an email I was told they don't service the units or parts or the 4 inch natural gas heater HVAC venting. No referral was given. 2 stars because my problem wasn't solved but I didn't pay a dime either.

        Matt and Dylan were our installers they were professional clean efficient and no question was too easy or too difficult to answer. We found them to be knowledgeable and courteous and above all just a couple of great guys! Thanks Matt and Dylan for all your hard work! We would definitely continue to recommend Edgar Simmons to all who ask!! Also once everything was up and running Andrew made sure our A/c was ready to go and answers all the questions we had !!         Edgar Simmons Heating will be my go to for all my HVAC services. We just had our new Carrier furnace and AC installed by the team and it went very smoothly. From the initial quote, corresponding with Ann, to the installations, it was efficient and worry-free. They were all professional and cleaned up after the job was done. They were very complete with the installs, from changing piping, laying concrete, to replacing pumps it was done very well. I cannot praise them enough. Well done ESH team.!
