Fido

I would not recommend Fido, Ive been over charge every bill. When signing up I shown Id be paying 79.99 a month, Ive been charge 97.00 every month since Ive started with Fido. They told me I should be paying 79.00 as that was in my service agreement but theres nothing they can do about it and I will be charging me 96.00 every month. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else that will be honest with their month prices. As a student on a budget, this was very dissapointing

Ptbo mall location. I can't say enough good things about this team. Keith and his staff are so pleasent to deal with. They make things easy.This year we have added 2 new lines to our family plan, up graded 3 phones and they are so helpful. Quick easy and willing to help. They explain it all, have been able to assist in minor repairs, always available. I will not go anywhere else.

I had an issue with my phone which I was unable to solve so I took it to the Fido kiosk in Lansdowne Place mall. A staff named Caitlin spent over an hour with me and on the phone with technical support and was finally able to resolve the issue. Thank you so much for her help and patience in resolving my phone issue.

Following an on-line mess up, I was directed to go the the kiosk. Caitlyn did everything for me as effectively as possible. I had forgotten that when getting a new phone it takes time and there is no way around it. Caitlyn was professional and excellent. I do find the arbitrary nature of pricing to be unacceptable. I am not a great haggler but it seems that there is a lot of wiggle room as far as what the customer is charged for. It feels wrong that this is how it works.

Very poor customer services, and the "fido extra perks" are a joke. If you dont have pre.auth billing set up you cant enter the only good perk there is.....1 free year of service. When my contract is up i will be saying goodbye I have changed this rating to 1 star as now you cannot even speak to a person without fighting with a poor virtual assistant app first. Do not go with Fido
