Back in 2017 - Dr Herrington did not listen to my concerns at all upon receiving the IUD, I paid over $300 out of pocket for it, and it was inserted wrong so about 2 weeks later I had to go and get it removed, would not recommend this practice whatsoever.

Terrible. Didn't examine me, refused to believe my pain was anything to do with my womb or fibroids, said it was gastrointestinal (even though I'd already been tested for that). Was more interested in getting me to try a new medication (at the time) that cost $3,000 a month. Got a second opinion from a gynecologist in Kingston and he was horrified when he examined me and booked me straight in for a hysterectomy. Womb ended up being two to three times the size it should be and had endometriosis.

The doctor and services are great when you actually get an appointment. I have been a patient here before and have since needed a new referral to get back in. It has been well over a month and my referral has not been addressed after reaching out on multiple occasions. No clue when/if I'll even get an appointment.
