Had a wonderful experience with purchasing my glasses here! They were so patient while deciding which frames suited my face. They offered opinions and thoughts when requested and helped me decide what features to add to my lenses based on what I do for work etc. Very thorough, and I'm very happy with the end result!

I've had an annual eye exam done here by Dr. Seevaratnam for several years now. She's very knowledgeable, and good at listening and explaining. I highly recommended this clinic.

Have gone to this clinic for about 4 years. Dr. Fernando was always nice but the admin staff were always pushy and cranky and I never come out of there satisfied. Last straw was today. I had my regular exam in March and have had some eye issues so was booking an out of pocket exam. Their new "rule" is you have to do a retinal scan EVERY visit now so the visit is $189!!!! No leeway on that at all. So I called around and found a new doctor. Called back asking to have my records transferred. First they said can't without the other clinic calling. Wrong! The records belong to the patient. Then they said there is a charge to copy the files. Ok fine, but they wanted a charge for each member of the family! It was going to be 200$ to photocopy like 10 pages total. This place is all about taking your money. They have a new name now so not sure if that has something to do with it. I called a few other places to find an appt and NONE of them force you to do the retinal scan. Looking for good customer service and reasonable prices? DON'T GO HERE. Also got pretty sick of the BS covid screening questions that you have to go through when you book your appointment and again in your car before you come in. They were continuing this stupid protocol when everyone else was long finished. I would have give zero stars if possible.

We were patients here yet the receptionist tells us my husband is not diabetic . Said they cannot see him once a year unless we pay and my husband has a diagnosis. We bought our glasses there too terrible the lenses are plastic . We won't go back receptionist rudealso
