Kawartha Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

We waited several months for a consult and quote. Then when we received the quote it was missing several of the needed procedures to get my teeth fully fixed. The dr was rude enough that I don't want to bring it up though. I don't want to go back. I didn't get my questions answered. I don't really feel like we're on the same page at all. Nobody told us about the fees for the consult either so that was a surprised after we talked.

Have y'all ever heard of hospitality? Friendliness? Sweet lord, tell your surgeons to take a class on the subject. Rude enough to ensure I'm not coming back.

I phoned them telling them that I had an infected tooth that was fused that needed to be extracted. They told me to come in and bring a deposit. Spent 30 minutes traveling one way to get to their office for them to tell me that the soonest appointment that they have is 4 months away. Couldn't tell me this on the phone?!? What a waste!!@

What a caring and attentive staff. Made me feel at ease from the start. Dr. Fenton was professional, compassionate, and very good at what he does. He made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain throughout my extraction. The staff gave me all necessary directions for after care as well as a contact number in case I needed it. Thank you Dr. Fenton & staff for making this experience the best it could've been.
