My first visit with her due to tonsil stones was alright and she treated me properly. However, my last visit was terrible and was the last time I'd see her again. This was during covid and when she checked my throat she shoved the wooden stick so far down that I gagged a bit (did NOT cough or vomit) and as I did that she jumped back with her face shield and said WOAHHHH I can't continue this. Excuse me? You decide to gag me and expect me not to have a response to it? She then didn't help me and I told my family doctor to never send me to her again. I work in hospitals and would never dream of that treatment, it's despicable. I see another ENT in town and she is great! Don't see Dr. Conlin unless you want to not be treated or be belittled!

Having visited Dr. Conlins, I had the distinct feeling she couldnt be bothered because of my age. I have a growth on my palate which is painful and my dentist has seen a change and is recommending I see a surgeon to have a biopsy done. Dr. Conlins claimed she could see nothing and told me it takes longer to heal as we get older and to make sure I drink lots of water, which I do anyway. I was thoroughly put off by her off handed attitude, offering nothing in the way help regarding the pain or anything else.

I had an appointment with Dr. Conlin yesterday. The receptionist was friendly and well prepared. Dr. Conlin did a careful examination and clearly explained what she found. She is knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I enthusiastically recommend her services.

Dr Conlin is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely kind and compassionate. Overall an amazing doctor!
