I have both used Robin and crew at home and professionally, they are super responsive and attentive. In my home the plumbed in a basement bathroom complete with an ejector I was so impressed when my company needed a plumber I called him back! He even accommodated my branch in Belleville! Hanwell has impressed us (and saved us!) twice now. They returned our weekend emergency calls both times we needed them, and provided fast, helpful service to get our well pump fixed up. The folks here were very friendly, very efficient, and quite happy to explain anything that we asked about. They'll definitely be our go-to for any plumbing needs in the future. Robin from Hanwell Plumbing was the only plumber to return my call at 1 am on a long weekend. I called 4 other plumbers, all of them advertised 24/7 service. I didn't even receive a call back from the other 4 saying they were too busy, or it would be awhile before they could get to us. Nothing. Very disappointed. Robin was great to talk to and he helped us with our flooding problem. I know who will get our business if I ever need a plumber again. To the plumbers in Peterborough who advertise 24/7 service, but don't answer their phone or call back EVER, shame on all of you. This city deserves better.
