I decided to retire and move to the Kawartha area and contacted Eric about a listing I had seen online. That property sold but he continued to send me homes. Eventually I came to Peterborough to view one and ultimately purchased it. Eric was informative, professional and extremely patient. His friendly, no pressure demeanour made buying a home a pleasure. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him if youre looking for a great real estate agent.

I was looking for a house to rent and Sarah was the agent looking after a couple of properties. She was extremely helpful and allowed us time to make a decision without the pressure of most real estate agents. We made our decision quickly knowing that possibly others were trying to rent the one we decided on. She was very ethical and didn't disclose anything about other possible candidates. We just knew that we wanted to rent this particular home. We were chosen and Sarah was very helpful and patient in the rental agreement process. She provided a very diplomatic approach to both the landlord and ourselves. She guided us into our transition to move and everything went smoothly.
