I would have to say fate brought me to Matt Clark of Bowes & Cocks. I have bought and sold many properties and Matt by far has been the best agent I have ever used. My wife and i were in the market for a cottage and we decided to go with someone who knew the area well. We found Matt Clark from another listing he had and we decided to use him as our realator. We are so ever grateful the we made that decision. Matt was so easy to work with. He understood our needs and was with us every step of the way. Not once did we ever feel pressured. Matt's knowledge, calm demeanor but sense of urgency made us feel very pleased with the whole process. Matt also always had the answer to any of our questions. He has ALL the right contacts too.
