Purchasing our commercial property is a very complex process. Ken Barrick and his wonderful team were exceptional during the entire process. Not only was Ken professional, he was incredibly knowledgeable and with us every single step of the way. We are so thankful we met Ken Barrick and his wonderful team. Furthermore, we decided to rent out our first home, and Laura Barrick was assigned to find a tenant. Laura is incredibly organized, personable and efficient, she is an asset to the team. Laura is also a wonderful judge of character, we have a great tenant that takes such great care of our rental property. Hands down this company and all of their employees are the best of the best, they deserve 6 stars!
