Game changer for my mind and body! Ive been seeing Heather for a couple months now for Reiki and Reflexology and its been great. She listens to my concerns and gently asks questions to learn more..much like therapy but with more feeling and less analyzing. I always leave feeling peaceful!

This was my first ever Reiki session and it was amazing. Even though it was online, Heather made it feel as though it was in person. So relaxing and such an amazing experience. I can't wait to experience and in person session now! I highly recommend.

I was a little bit nervous about how it would go. Not that I dont know how to relax well, but Im very ticklish and my feet were about to be centre stage. But as I sat down and lay back in the unbelievably comfy recliner, the pressure used for reflexology treatments was no issue for my sensitive feet. Tension melted away and I felt super relaxed. The room set up works perfectly and is so calming. The treatment is so relaxing that Heather says many of her clients fall asleep! I can definitely see that happening after a long day. My feet and whole body were definitely thankful for this relaxing experience. As a strongman competitor and ramping up my training, my feet bear a lot and take a beating all the time. Youre going to love it!
