UPS Access Point location

1 star is too good for UPS because it is absolutely the WORST delivery company I have ever used or had a delivery from.
UPS said I would get a text and email when the delivery was near but none ever came! Then their delivery person lied saying they knocked on the door when they arrived which they didnt do, (I know, because I was sitting near the door waiting for the delivery). Nor did the delivery person ring the doorbell. They just left the paper on the door and then dropped the package to be picked up at their access location. Then when I called UPS to complain, the UPS phone agent said they would resend the package by 7pm? Of course that didn't happen either!! I sat all day waiting for the package, wasted my time and money! While they just Lied, Lied, and Lied!
Will not use this company again. If they can't "DELIVER," hahaha, as promised, then they are useless to me. Avoid the headache with UPS and use FEDEX or Canada Post instead!
NOTE: The access location was NOT the problem. The UPS DELIVERY PERSON AND PHONE AGENTS WERE THE PROBLEM.
