It seems every time someone drop ships with this company the material sits for a week or more on their dock before they decide to ship it out. I have only praise for the drivers as I have seen what they have to put up with. Last week their truck pulled into our yard and we had to unload a hot tub and 2 other large skids and reload them back into the truck in different order so they could deliver to their customers. None of the skids were for us. We don't mind helping someone in need, however when we are in need of a shipment that we've been waiting for they don't seem to care - they will just sit on it. Right now we are waiting for 1 skid of shelving that we urgently need. We were told on Monday it would be here either Tuesday or Wednesday. When I called Thursday morning they told me it will be here on Friday. If this was a one-off I could dismiss it but when it happens repetitively it's unacceptable service. I will do my best to have all our shipments dropped to another carrier.

This company claims to be a Cartage Services business but they are not. The driver that arrived with our shipment did not have the means to get the portable garage that we had ordered from New Brunswick off of his truck. He asked me to help him offload, me being a 62 year old man with bone cancer. He then claimed that our driveway was unsuitable, which was untrue. He asked me for cutters to break the bundles and "throw it in pieces off the truck". I told him that I did have cutters but at this point he decided to call his manager. When he got off that call he got in a huff saying that his manager told him not to make the shipment and he got back into his beat up truck and drove away. When I called the company, I spoke with Tom Hartnet who told me, seriously I am not making this up, that the expectation was that I would have the means, "maybe a neighbour with a tractor or a couple of big friends or a lift-truck" to offload our order. This portable garage has travelled from New Brunswick to Peterborough to where we live and it is now headed back to Toronto, all because this company is completely useless at doing what they are paid to do. This company should not be in business, full stop. The only reason there is one star is because without a star, I cannot post.
