Raymore Air Duct

This review is for Raymore exteriors not Raymore air duct but they both have the exact same address. My landlord has hired Raymore Exteriors to replace my roof. The crew showed up at my house with no notice! The forman told me this happens to him all the time but it is not his problem because it's not his job to call people. They then had a bunch of materials unloaded into my driveway. Later that day the forman came back to pick up materials for another job. When they did eventually start 2 days later I had still not heard from anyone at Raymore about them starting work so I asked the forman for a business card and called. Veena answered the call and said Phil wasn't available so I asked for his number. She wouldn't give me his number but she also wouldn't refuse to give me his number, eventually the line went quite and then Phil came on the phone I asked him if he he had a policy of not giving out his number and he said "no I do not give out my personal number!!!". He then demanded, as though I was stalking him, to know who I was and what my number was, I told him my address and that he had a crew working on my house. At that point he freeked out and told me it was provincial, demanded my number a couple more times and hung up on me! It turns out my landlord hired provincial and provincial hired Raymore as a subcontractor. Ok I have established that customer service isn't a strong point. This may have something to do with the quality of work which looks like they did it with their feet. Here's a list of what I've seen so far Improperly installed ice dam Bathroom vent replaced with roof vent Shingles installed with cheap carpentry nails Roof left with nothing but tar paper in rain storm with 80km gusts, tar paper was pealing of and flapping in the wind in at least 4 places Hammered the 65 year old copper flashing off of my plumbing stack and replaced it with an I'll fitting rubber one. Improperly installed fall arrest tie offs No safety helmets Fraying safety lines Coiled overlapping and loose safety lines Unfortunately the roof is still being installed so I will update as things progress.
