Fraud. They gave me a flat fee for my cleaning requirements and 10 minutes before my appointment the person says thats a per hour rate. They even changed the quote document online to reflect the per hour term so I dont have any proof expect the conversation I had with their representative Natalie. Please stay as far away as possible. Never every use this company and never trust this service company. Entire team try to rip you off. The cleaners are good. They have GPS system and tracking the cleaner's hour. Due to the vague definition of move out cleaner we had to make a several phone calls and they do the job for 1 hour. However, the company want to charge extra 30 minutes!!!!! I called to complain about it but the person said you have 2options 1) pay extra 30 minutes or 2) don't pay and then I will send your information to bill collection agency. Threatening me. Never use this cleaning service company. If they do the business in this way, I don't think they will be successful ever. Good luck with that.

Cleaning services needed - move out cleaning. I booked in a cleaning and the day before, I called them to confirm what time I can expect them to show up. The lady told me that she has to get back to me because she doesn't know of they will have enough people. She said she would call by 3pm. I didn't hear from them by 5pm, so I called again. She said she can book me in for Tuesday but it is still not guaranteed. My tenants have not been able to move in because I am still trying to secure a cleaning for the unit. This is so unprofessional.

Have worked with Maple leaf cleaning Services for many years. They are very professional, friendly and very attentive of managements needs and request. Board members are content with their service. I have never encounter any problems with them.
