I was charged $180 just to step foot into the office . They did not disclose this information prior to me going to the office . Very disappointing

Very warm and welcoming staff. Theyre very informative, detailed oriented and very engaged with their clients ( especially from what Ive experienced /witnessed their expertise with my daughter as their client). Thank you 2023

From receptionist, to assistant to the Dr, all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning and would definitely recommend DentalZen Pickering location.

I have only two payments left thank god! This place is awful. They dont use very good glue to put on brackets ( I would know because I have a older son who had braces and myself, at a real orthodontist) when the brackets fall off which is constantly they make you pay $35 .. this is unheard of at a real orthodontist. They also book wayyyyyy to many appointments so each appt. Is rushed and they ALWAYS say sorry we dont have time to fix that! Trying to send out my kid today with missing brackets on front teeth. He would have to go to school like that till may 10?!?!?! (Its March) cleanings are done in 20 minutes. Do your self a favour and go where they care about the work they preform , not how fast and sloppy and to get you out of the seat fast enough for next patient. They dont care about quality only money!!!
